Just what I needed
"I unexpectedly lost my dearest Kona dog in October 2024. My world was turned upside down and I was debilitated for several weeks. Soon after he passed, I learned that this grief deck was being released. This deck is so well done because it offers simple actions to do when you’re feeling so low, lost and defeated. One of my favorite cards is a “self-care” one that gives permission to slow down, give our bodies extra sleep, and to allow our nervous system to rest. Unfortunately a lot of the world doesn’t recognize animal loss/grief as devastating or valid as human loss. This deck is validating, compassionate, and one of a kind."
